Tom Colgan

Tom Colgan has been active in the real estate business for more than 25 years. He founded Townmark Inc., in the summer of 1984 as a consulting firm that specialized in builder marketing services. Initial programs offered included sales administration, budget formulation, creation of sales support materials, traffic control systems, market definition, finance investigation, and orchestration of sales promotion events.

Land search services were added in 1986. Clients have included prominent local builders. The company has assisted builders and developers in locating land and assisted them in the development process. This includes working with city planners, engineers, land planners and land owners in order to obtain development approvals from governmental authorities.

Townmark has been active as a both a business partner and/or an advisor to builders and developers in locating and developing land to be used as residential and commercial developments.

Brokerage services were add in 1989 as the firms owner, Tom Colgan, became a licensed real estate broker in Kentucky and Ohio. The company is actively involved in selling homes in most all price ranges.

Commercial real estate services have been added in recent years. Experienced real estate professionals have joined Townmark to assist buyers and sellers with their commercial properties. Townmark has been successful in assisting buyers in finding premium locations for their business needs. Sellers of commercial properties use TOWNmark’s marketing services to assist them in finding the best end users for their commercial opportunities.

Tom Colgan obtained a BS degree at Eastern Kentucky University. He is a member of the Northern Kentucky Association of Realtors, Northern Kentucky Multiple Listing Service, Homebuilders Association of Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors, and the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati. He has 25 years experience in the real estate industry and has been recognized by National Association of Homebuilders for exceptional sales leadership.

  Frank Raeon

Frank Raeon is a Vice President with TOWNmark, Inc. a Cincinnati based real estate brokerage firm doing business in both Ohio and Kentucky. Frank has been involved in commercial real estate since 1984.

Mr. Raeon started his real estate career as a sales and leasing agent with a large Cincinnati commercial real estate company. Since then, he has gained valuable experience working as a Director of Sales and Leasing for two large diversified developers and builders with headquarters in Greater Cincinnati.

During his 20+ years in real estate, Frank has spent the majority of his time working with retail and restaurant users. His skills, however, also include leasing office space and selling office condominiums.

In addition to leasing shopping center space, Mr. Raeon has provided tenant representation, site selection, negotiation, and lease review services to numerous growth companies including Blockbuster, Pier 1 Imports, Subway, First Watch, and Buffalo Wild Wings. Frank has also sold property to numerous companies including Graeter’s, Wendy’s, Shell Oil, Walgreen’s, United Dairy Farmers, and McDonald’s.

Mr. Raeon regularly advises the development community on market opportunities, site plans, building elevations, signing, tenant mix, tenant buildout, rent levels, land valuation, lease incentives, value enhancements, and zoning. While he maintains a select number of shopping center and land listings, Frank’s greatest joy is working with national, regional, and local companies on site selection and tenant representation.

Frank’s undergraduate degree is from SUNY at Albany. He earned his master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati. Prior to entering the real estate profession he worked as a City Planning and Development Director for communities in Ohio and California.
